Data privacy
What we collect
Your name, email, gold transactions (dates, amounts, karats, merchants), and uploaded documents (invoices and receipts).
Who can see your data
Only you. Row-Level Security is enforced at the database level, so your data is isolated from every other user. Our internal analytics use anonymized code names, not real identities.
No third-party tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any external tracking service. All analytics are internal and self-hosted.
Document storage
Uploaded files are stored under your user account in isolated storage. Only you can access them.
Your rights
You can export all your data as JSON at any time from Account Settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This is a hard delete with email confirmation.
Data retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. On deletion, your profile, transactions, and documents are all permanently removed.
